HOW TO BE ATTENTIVE & TRANQUIL UNDER PRESSURE
- Prioritize and organize, be present in that moment and ponder on the ways you can feel more in control and organize your schedule, time management is essential at that point
- Split bigger tasks into smaller projects that are manageable .This prevents mistakes and reduces being overwhelmed. For example ,if you have four assignments or workload that is required of you in less than 48hours , chose the most time consuming as the first one and the rest alternate which is less or more strenuous than the others and complete them at specific stages
- Take regular breaks throughout the day to help you recharge and refocus it is very crucial to preserve your energy
- Go for short walks and rest ,no moments last forever, practice mindfulness this will assist you in being proactive and alert
- Minimize or completely divert from multitasking because it often increases stress levels instead of reducing therefore Focus on one task at a time
- Communicate with colleagues and coworkers who are around you. External support contributes tremendously to the tranquility of your mind If you're feeling immersed by pressure.
- Mental clarity can be improved profusely by staying hydrated , drink water , chase the fatigue away ,be more attentive
- Practice positive self-talk, know how to encourage yourself when no one else can. Positive affirmations relax the mind, reduces the anxiety and uncertainly and gives you a bolder perspective that you are able to exceed your own expectation .In contrast, Negative self-talk increases anxiety encouraging fear of the unknown and cripples your ability to complete your task and give out your best .It robs your capability to do well subconsciously.
